Productronica trade fair in Shanghai
Many thanks to everyone who visited the
Telsonic booth at Productronica 2020 in China. Despite the pandemic effect of
Covid-19, Telsonic is committed to a long-term presence in China and is looking
for every opportunity to meet friends and customers.
It was a pleasure for us to present the new
MPX TC to the trade visitors at Productronica. It is a versatile ultrasonic
metal welding system for welding wire to terminal. The MPX TC has been designed
according to the latest state of the art and is modular for future expansions.
The machine, equipped with the new Telso®Flex user software, offers intuitive
user-friendliness and future-proof interfaces.
The PowerWheel® process patented by
Telsonic also attracted attention. Many visitors were interested to learn more
about this unique torsional welding technology and the high-voltage
applications it solves.
Wire splicing with ultrasonic is a process
to meet the high quality standards of the automotive industry. The Telso®Splice
wiring system with its completely revised software offers various integration
and networking options. The Telso®Splice can be easily integrated into the MES
system via the Telso®CON interface.
