Cut’n’seal of convenience products

Ultrasonics has been used for years now for cutting convenience products. The vibrating (cold) cutting sonotrode reduces the resistance when it is to cut e.g. bakery products, energy bars, cheese, pizza etc. Besides that, it is also self-cleaning from residues usually adhering to the medium. The result: Even and reproducible cut surfaces without deforming and thermal damaging of the products.

Performance characteristics: Frequencies up to 20, 30 and 35 kHz
Cut width: up to 400 mm
Cut height: up to 170 mm
