Horizontally welded tubular bags

The longitudinal sealing module has especially been designed for the continuous production of fin seals in horizontal and vertical tubular bag machines. The compact module is based on the principles of torsional vibration technology and can easily be adapted to tubular bag machines.
Both the welding force and welding gap are adjustable. The longitudinal sealing module automatically compensates splice points and thickness fluctuations of the material. Thanks to the special seam opening mechanism, the process of inserting the material web into the welding area is very simple and timesaving.
The additional cutter for edge trimming sealed end is a further option.
