Pouch Packs - Stand-up pouches (Doypack)

TELSONIC is a manufacturer of welding modules specifically designed for the sealing of stand-up pouches and block bottom bags in horizontal FFS-packaging machines.
The SUP module is an autarkic ultrasonic welding system best suited for an individual integration in partially and fully-automatic packaging lines. It can be equipped with as well as without an integrated drive mechanism so that it can easily be adapted to different machine concepts. The flexible interfaces ensure a safe and easy integration into the operational sequence of existing and new bag filling plants.
The integrated bag clamping mechanism makes sure that the bags are firmly gripped during the welding process.
The up-and-down travel of the module is an additional option which significantly helps to suit the mechanical structure of the filler.
The module has been designed for fillers with simplex, duplex, and quadruplex applications and can easily be adjusted to the maximum pouch width thanks to the flexible ultrasonic component system.
