Vertically welded tubular bags, stickpacks and bags

The cross-sealing module for welding tubular bags can be used both on vertical (VFFS) as well as horizontal (HFFS) tubular bag machines. The use of the cross-sealing module is independent from continuous or intermittent operation of the packaging plant.
The module combines all key functions necessary for a safe ultrasonic welding on a tubular bag machine. In addition to ultrasonic-assisted cutting of the bags, the integrated guide units guarantee a precise parallel closing of the sealing tools. The pneumatic force elements can be adjusted individually for any application required. Only the movement and operational sequence are taken over from the existing machine.
On request, the module can also be equipped with an own side gusset finger mechanism.
