Thermoplastic materials can be connected effectively and economically with ultrasonics. The art lies, however, in the design of the sonotrode. When assembling a mother-daughter sonotrode, they both have to show the very same vibration behaviour, like an orchestra. Those who are not able to master this, will produce dissonances. With our experience, we solve all your problems with plastic welding.
