Ultrasonic welding actuators

In order to enable the user to work with well-known force systems in a space-saving way at the same usual high-performance TELSONIC ultrasonic technology, there are actuators as single components available. They include all functions known from the common TELSONIC welding presses and guarantee, therefore, a best reproducibility at a high production output.

Several actuator units are frequently used in one plant when it is to weld large-area, asymmetrical or very precise plastic parts, frequently found in the field of automotive and apparatus engineering or with toys. The advantage of this actuator system lies in the construction of small, uncritical sonotrodes and in the possibility to optimise the welding quality along the complete weld contour with local targeting and individually.
