Control Unit TouchScreen TS4

To use the ultrasonic technology efficiently and according to today’s standard, a customer-friendly MMI (Man Machine Interface) such as the TELSONIC Touch Screen TS4 Control Unit is essential. It is used for the communication with the TELSONIC high-performance welding machines.

Every menu is provided with a symbol and process definition (help functions) integrated online, explaining in detail the speechless graphic symbols. This enables the user to program the machine in a fast and easy way, and to see at a glance the quality spectrum of the welding results.
In doing so, the software package „TelsoTools“ supports the compact transfer of welding results and machine settings.

Control Unit MPS4

Considerations such as user-friendliness, a constant welding quality and a complete process control as well as remote access to the welding units for maintenance purposes are of growing importance. To meet the different requirements of the user, we offer various versions of the Welding Process Control Unit MPS4. This standard model can be combined with all pneumatic welding presses, actuator units and ultrasonic generators.

TelsoTools

TelsoTools is an extension on TELSONIC control units for the PC to add optional functions. These applications must be unlocked on the relative device before they can be used.
