Linear welding

An ultrasonic welding plant is an interaction of a generator exciting vibrations, a transformation of electromechanic vibrations, a force transmitter and a user-specific welding tool.

The press itself as the force-transmitting system is significantly responsible for the welding quality. Due to this, the press must be very stiff and passive to vibration as it has to reproduce the welding force regardless of the local ultrasonic vibration.

For all USP presses from TELSONIC, time/force profiles are optimized object-specifically and saved in the database in order to import them as a data set whenever needed. We further attach great importance on stability and precision in press construction as this is the only way to achieve a maximum of joining strength.

USP750: Proportional, pneumatically controlled precision press for smaller welding objects.

USP2000: Compact and competitive high-performance system for medium up to bigger welding objects.

USP3000: Proportional, pneumatically controlled precision press for big welding objects.

Compact Systems IPA and IPM

IPA3505 (Integrated Power Actuator) is an innovative, pneumatic actuator with an integrated ultrasonic generator that can be mounted flexibly into welding machines. This offers completely new possibilities and advantages in conception, assembly and production both to machine construction in general as well as to the user.

IPM3505 is a generator/converter system reduced by one feeding function. Analogue to the IPA type, generator and converter have been combined in a very compact way into one module. This enables to do without long HF-cables from the plant to the generator which may otherwise be positioned at a distance.

With the IPA/IPM Actuators, TELSONIC consequently follow their way of steady development and innovative products for the plastic-processing industry. Main focus of our efforts, however, are the advantages for the user and the equipment manufacturer. 

Ultrasonic Hand Welding Unit

The TELSONIC Hand Welding Unit offers the user a variety of possibilities in plastic processing to a very competitive price/performance ratio. Part of the extensive field of applications are e. g. rivetting, beading as well as cutting at a simultaneous welding of foils, non-wovens and textiles.
