Torsional Welding SONIQTWIST®

This new welding process is a combination of vibration welding and ultrasonic welding at the same time. TELSONIC has revolutionized the market with this special technology as materials, critical for common ultrasonics, can now be welded without any problems.
SONIQTWIST® is a unique development from TELSONIC which has been patented by us.

The torsional ultrasonic technology is working in form of highly frequent and circularly oscillating frictional movements as a protective energy contribution. There is hardly any transmission of vibrations to the units uninvolved to the joining process.

This technology can be used for all applications where the classic welding process is no longer effective. The main focus lies e. g. on thin foils with peeling layers of only few µm thickness, housings with a susceptible electronic or electromechanic content such as sensors etc.
