Productronica Munich: Great interest in TELSONIC's ultrasonic welding
We were pleased by the large number of international visitors coming to our stand at the trade fair.
At the TELSONIC application
centre, interested professionals found out about our latest applications and
solutions. As in previous years, the demand for our torsional welding
technology was especially high. As its most recent innovation, TELSONIC presented
the industrial welding of tubular cable lugs with aluminium cables on the
brand-new MPX HD metal welding system with 6.5 kW PowerWheel® Technology. We
are especially proud that with this application and the PowerWheel® welding
system are already being used in series production with a well-known German
OEM.
Telsonic presented a new version of the proven Telso®Splice
welding system for welding cable strands, the TS6 with 4.8kW power. This means
our range is well tuned to current customer applications (3.6 – 4.8 – 6.5kW),
specifically in an application range of 0.26 – 100mm2 for copper and aluminium
wires. The Telso®Scale measurement tool was presented again for maintenance and
customer service. This offering is intended to meet the growing demand from our
international customers for 100% quality production.
