Sold: USP750 with housing
TELSONIC AG has recently been able to sell another press of
type USP750 to a well known sensor manufacturer. The order included a housing
for the protection of bystanders. The access area is monitored by a light curtain.
In the standard 2-hand start mode, the light curtain serves as a protection
device. However, the unit can also be started in 1-tact or 2-tact mode via the
light curtain. During the welding process, the light curtain always serves as a
safety monitoring device. Two welding processes are required for welding the
sensor. These welding processes are defined with the help of a bar code reader
and other sensors. The required data set is selected in the MPS4 from the
customer network and then welding takes place. The welding results are sent
back to the customer network for evaluation.
