Success story: Networking in the ultrasonic industry

company TMS has installed two efficient TELSONIC AG ultrasonic chambers in the
new cleaning system of German automotive manufacturer Audi.

Manufacturing Solutions GmbH, based in Linz in Austria, is a major supplier for
the whole automotive industry, providing solutions for body construction,
assembly and conveying technology and powertrain assembly, as well as cleaning
systems.
Audi uses
the system shown here to clean cam shafts and parts. It is fitted with a
pre-wash chamber to which the pallets containing the cam parts are delivered
before being washed and blown down. The system has a robot chamber containing a
robot, the ultrasonic tanks, a delicate-wash chamber and a vacuum-drying
chamber....
