Telsonic is erecting a new company building in the industrial park located in the German city of Fürth. The official groundbreaking ceremony took place at the end of September.

Our significant growth has led to the need for us to move to a different site and expand the space available for our office and production activities. The new premises are a testament to our open corporate culture and the close relationships we cultivate with our customers – and are housed in an ultra-modern environment that reflects the growing digitalization we are experiencing in our society, economy, and working
lives. Occupying a lot size of approximately 7,300 square meters and a total floor area in the region of 3,100 square meters, the new Telsonic building will accommodate more than 50 highly skilled employees. Telsonic is headquartered in Bronschhofen, Switzerland, and has maintained a presence for its industrial ultrasonic solutions in Europe, America, and Asia since 1966. Its Erlangen location in Germany opened 15 years ago but the company has since outgrown the space available there, and it has now chosen the Hardhöhe area of Fürth to build what it calls “a center of excellence for ultrasonic welding of plastics and metals”. Features such as photovoltaic and geothermal installations will keep the premises energy-efficient and cut down on CO2. The company is planning to move into the new building in fall 2020.
