Paraplegic Nicola Dutto to join Dakar Rally starting line

The next outing of the Dakar Rally is taking place between 6 and 17 January 2019, with South America once again playing host to the event. Rather than making its way through several countries, this 41st edition of the race will take place solely in Peru over ten stages.
