TELSONIC attended The Automation Technology Expo (ATX West)
On February 7-9 Telsonic attended The Automation Technology
Expo (ATX West) in Anaheim California. There were over 2,200 exhibitors with
co-located events at The Anaheim Convention Center. The attendance was expected
to be over 21,000. This year’s ATX West show had by far the largest
turnout that Telsonic have ever experienced.
This show was a great success for Telsonic. The most exciting exhibit at the show was the torsional welding press TSP750. Torsional welding is done with low energy and has less heat penetration than traditional ultrasonics. There were many customers from the aerospace and medical industries that approached Telsonic with current applications that require a softer weld and they were very impressed with our technology and knowledge of how to handle such a delicate part.
