TELSONIC headquarters in Bronschhofen gets a facelift
TELSONIC AG intends to continue to build on
its market reputation as a contemporary employer providing its employees with
working environments that are both modern and inspiring. With this in mind, the
company's headquarters in Bronschhofen is in the middle of a major facelift.
Weber und Partner AG from the Swiss city of Wil, a company with an excellent
reputation which specialises in providing services to industrial customers, was
commissioned to design and deliver the changes.
The first phase of construction,
"Optima 1", was completed on budget in May 2010. It involved
remodelling the entire ground floor. By bringing together three departments -
Mechanics, Cleaning and Screening/Welding - we were able to save approximately
250 m2 of space.
2011 saw the start of the second phase of
construction, "Optima 2", which is due to be completed in September
2012. On the upper floor, the separate offices are being replaced with an
open-plan office landscape covering 700 m². The ventilation system and the
automatic lighting are new features. Furthermore, a professional server room
complete with a modern climate cabinet has been installed in the cellar. Our
employees can enjoy a new break room with an integrated kitchen area, providing
them with a central location to meet and chat during breaks or at lunch.
The last phase of the project, "Optima
3" will tackle the rest of the administration building, but work on
detailed planning and design is not underway just yet.
