Telsonic Opens New Ultrasonic Laboratory In Suzhou China
With an International presence across Europe, America, and Asia, the Telsonic Group has become established as a leading supplier of ultrasonic technology for welding, cutting, cut’n’seal, sieving and cleaning across multiple market sectors. Within this competitive and fast paced global marketplace, the ability to provide an agile response to increasingly diverse customer demands is essential.
Building upon an already solid reputation for supporting a broad range of customers across several markets, including mechanical engineering, plastics, and automotive, TELSONIC Ultrasonic Equipment Co. Ltd has announced the opening of a new laboratory in Suzhou, China.
This new facility features a range of ultrasonic systems including Telsonic’s latest Telso®Terminal TT7 -14.4kw ultrasonic welder, with state-of-the-art technology and a user-friendly interface. The performance and capability of the TT7 system has already been well received by automotive manufacturers such as BMW and a number of Tier 1 suppliers, where the system plays a key role in the serial production of wire harnesses.
The range of technologies available within the new laboratory will also include SONIQTWIST®, the company’s unique torsional welding system. This welding technique has proven to be ideal for 46 series battery and IGBT applications. As a field proven technology with an impressive track record, SONIQTWIST® has established itself as a mainstay for a wide range of serial production applications. Completing the technology line up within the new laboratory is the USP linear ultrasonic welding system which offers a solution to a comprehensive range of sophisticated applications.
