The Battery Show USA: Telsonic ultrasonic expertise in battery production
This is the largest Battery Show in Novi to date with more than 600 exhibitors. Telsonic offers solutions from powder screening to contact welding. On the occasion of the “The Battery Show North America” in Novi, Michigan, TELSONIC exclusively presents the torsional welding procedure PowerWheel® in connection with the press MT8000 ultrasonic welding system. "With our ultrasonics expertise, we are represented in two key processes in battery production – powder screening and welding", states Home Mojal, Sales Manager, TELSONIC Solutions, Inc. In applications involving ultrasonic welding of contacts and arrestors, customers benefit from over ten years of experience in battery technology.
The show had more traffic than the years past, and subsequently we
had a good cross section of OEMs and tier suppliers visiting our booth. The
fact that we had our customers promoting our PW technology was a great addition
to the show. The need for welding large cables is becoming more and more
obvious. The fact that the show is
co-located with the E&H Vehicle Technology Expo and the Critical Power
Expo, promotes this type of connection.
