As the world's largest trade fair in the field of plastic processing the NPE plastics showcase takes place in a three-year rhythm. The event, which dates back to 1946, continued to grow since their move to Orlando, Florida and is visited by about 2,000 exhibitors and over 60,000 trade visitors from more than 20,000 companies. On approximately 90,000 m², companies from different sectors of the industry present their products, with approximately 40% of the exhibitors coming from outside the United States. The NPE will be organized by the SPI (society of plastics industry) and is the only international plastic exhibition, which is organised by the plastics industry for the plastic industry itself.
