Sonotrodes

Sonotrodes are ultrasonic welding tools that are caused to resonate when high-frequency mechanical oscillations are introduced. Sonotrodes are designed based on the Finite Element Method (FEM), and therefore guarantee optimum oscillation behaviour and long service life in all cases.

Booster

Boosters, also known as amplitude transformers, form an essential element of the resonant structure. They increase or reduce the amplitude (swing) provided by the converter and conduct them to the sonotrode. The amplitude can vary depending on the plastic weld part.
